Shipping availability
Mahjjoy is preparing shipping for customers in the United States. Checkout is not currently enabled. Final shipping destinations, rates, processing times, and estimated delivery windows will be shown before an order can be submitted.
Order processing
Processing time begins after payment is confirmed. Orders do not ship on weekends or carrier holidays unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier volume, weather, address issues, holidays, and other conditions outside Mahjjoy’s control may affect delivery.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@mahjjoy.com promptly if an address correction is needed. An address cannot be changed after a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
International shipping
International shipping is not planned for the initial launch unless a product page or checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Contact support with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Mahjjoy will review the carrier and order information before offering an appropriate resolution.
