Estimated processing and delivery times will be shown or communicated before checkout is fully enabled. Delivery timeframes may vary by destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be changed after an order is placed, contact support@mahjjoy.com as soon as possible.

International shipping is not available at launch unless stated otherwise on the product or checkout page.
