Refund Policy

If you need help with an order, contact support@mahjjoy.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Cancellations

If an order has not shipped, we will try to cancel it before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.

Returns

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used paper card products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution when appropriate.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when available. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
