Cancellations
If an order has not entered fulfillment, Mahjjoy will try to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under the return process.
Returns
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used paper card products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact support@mahjjoy.com before sending a return. Include the order number and reason for the request. Do not send an item until return instructions and the applicable return destination have been provided.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact support within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, Mahjjoy may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when available. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping charges and return-shipping responsibility will be handled according to the reason for the return and the terms shown at checkout.
Non-returnable items
Used items, opened paper card products, and items damaged after delivery are not returnable unless required by applicable law.
